WARRANTY City Appliance Services guarantees that the parts installed by our technicians will perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal use. If said parts fail to perform, we commit to providing the following warranty coverage: 90 days for parts (unless the manufacturer has longer coverage) 30 days for related labor Additionally, a service charge may apply if repairs are deemed necessary at a later date due to other defective parts, and such charges will be billed separately. It is important to note that this warranty does not extend to cover any damages resulting from food spoilage or water damage. Furthermore, no guarantees are made concerning any parts not explicitly mentioned in the invoice. This warranty is applicable solely during normal working hours, and any services rendered outside these hours will incur additional charges. In the event that the appliance has been previously disassembled by the customer or if the customer supplies their own parts, the aforementioned warranties shall be rendered null and void. Consequently,

City Appliance Services disclaims any and all guarantees related to the work performed or parts provided to the unit. Furthermore, City Appliance Services shall not be held liable for any noises, defects, or additional repairs required that are discovered subsequent to the replacement of parts or the reassembly of the unit. No warranties, express or implied, shall apply in such circumstances.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver form with City Appliance Service. 1. Service Waiver: I understand that City Appliance Service has provided services in accordance with the attached invoice. I acknowledge that these services were performed at my request and at my own risk. City Appliance Service is released from any liability for damages to property that may occur during the provision of services, including but not limited to damages resulting from the movement of my appliance. 2. Payment Obligation: I acknowledge that an invoice for the services rendered has been provided, and I agree to promptly settle the invoiced amount by the due date specified. Should the undersigned Customer request City Appliance Services to order and procure specific parts for the mentioned appliance/equipment, they acknowledge the associated payment obligation. Should the undersigned fail to make the payment promptly upon the agreed-upon date then late fees may be added to the bills total. 3. Contact Information: I agree that the contact information provided to City Appliance Service is accurate, and I will promptly inform them of any changes to this information. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this waiver form and agree to be bound by its provisions as well as any terms and conditions provided with the invoice.

DAMAGE WAIVER: In consideration of City Appliance Services moving my appliance at my request, I hereby acknowledge and expressly accept that such request is made entirely at my own risk. I fully understand and agree that City Appliance Services assumes no liability for any damage to property arising from or related to this request, including any damage that may have occurred prior to the appliance being moved and is discovered after the appliance has been moved.

City Appliance Services gladly offers a full manufacturer’s warranty on all the parts and accessories we sell. In all cases, this is always the warranty that the manufacturer themselves offer. It can range from 90 days up to one year and is generally a replacement program. A replacement part is supplied if all of their criteria are met. This is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, which may or may not include the return of the part, model and serial number requirements, and more. City Appliance Services does not offer any extensions on the manufacturer’s warranty nor does it have the ability to alter them. If a part becomes defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period under normal use conditions, please contact us, and we will be happy to make arrangements for the replacement part to be either picked up or sent to your home or office. Please note: Water Filters have a 30 – 90 day warranty depending on the brand.

For Certain parts, we offer a lifetime warranty on the part and the customer will just pay for the labor to install the part. This will be indicated on the invoice, and the customer must have the invoice readily available. This warranty for the replacement part(s) can only be provided when a trained representative from City Appliance Services installs the part(s).
