1. Booking & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked via our website or by calling 512-392-2343.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Warranty & Liability
- We offer a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for manufacturer-authorized repairs and a 90-day warranty for other repairs.
- Warranty Exclusions:
- If the appliance was previously disassembled by the customer or a third party.
- If the customer provides their own parts.
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or external factors (e.g., power surges, water damage).
- City Appliance Services is not liable for pre-existing issues, unrelated damages, or loss of food or other property due to appliance failure.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the appliance being serviced.
- If the appliance requires movement, City Appliance Services is not responsible for damage to flooring, cabinets, or surrounding areas.
- If a repair requires additional work due to a previously disassembled appliance, we reserve the right to adjust the service fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon service completion via credit card, online payment, or other accepted methods.
- Failure to pay may result in legal action or referral to collections.
5. Limitation of Liability
City Appliance Services is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure.
- Delays due to part availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Inability to complete a repair due to manufacturer restrictions or discontinued parts.
6. Privacy Policy

7. SMS Terms & Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from City Appliance Services related to:
